Restul actiunilor au ramas in proprietatea lui Liviu Dragan, unul din fondatorii companiei<\/SPAN><\/P><SPAN class=text>  <P align=justify><BR><STRONG>TECHTEAM &#8211; AKELA:<\/STRONG> la inceputul lui octombrie 2005, compania americana TechTeam a cumparat 100% din Akela &#8211; firma controlata de antreprenorul de 27 de ani Lucian Butnaru. Valoarea totala a tranzactiei (care se va realiza in mai multe etape) poate ajunge la trei milioane de euro<\/P>  <P align=justify><BR><STRONG>RTC &#8211; BEST COMPUTERS, SISTEC:<\/STRONG> grupul RTC a facut o serie de achizitii anul acesta, printre acestea numarandu-se retailerul IT Best Computers, distribuitorul de jocuri Best Distribution, integratorul de servicii din Cluj Sistec sau distribuitorul de telefonie mobila Simtech Datacom.<\/P>  <P align=justify><BR><\/SPAN><SPAN class=text><STRONG>MICROSOFT &#8211; GECAD:<\/STRONG> in 2003, compania detinuta de Radu Georgescu a vandut catre Microsoft tehnologia antivirus RAV pentru o suma cuprinsa intre 10 si 20 de milioane de dolari<\/SPAN><\/P>  <P align=justify><SPAN class=text><BR><STRONG>OTE &#8211; ROMTELECOM:<\/STRONG> o alta tranzactie importanta a avut loc in 2003, cand OTE si-a consolidat pozitia in RomTelecom, cumparand de la statul roman inca 3,12% din companie pentru 273 mil. dolari.
