Strategia vizeaz\u0103 livrarea de servicii c\u0103tre companii din afar\u0103, dublarea capacit\u0103\u0163ii call center-ului din Slobozia \u015fi continuarea extinderii la nivel na\u0163ional, prin deschiderea unui nou call center \u00een provincie. Planurile companiei iau \u00een calcul \u015fi extinderea c\u0103tre noi industrii, precum cea de tehnologie a informa\u0163iei \u015fi energie.<\/p>\n<p>\nBlue Point este una dintre cele mai importante companii de servicii call center din Rom\u00e2nia. \u00cenfiin\u0163at\u0103 \u00een 2007, cu capital 100% rom\u00e2nesc, compania ofer\u0103 solu\u0163ii profesioniste \u015fi personalizate de outbound (telesales, telemarketing, sondaje de opinie etc.) \u015fi inbound (suport clien\u0163i, infoline \u015fi helpdesk, suport tehnic, programe de loializare, upsell&#038;cross sell inbound etc.).
