Lucreaz\u0103 de aproape 18 de ani \u00een industria lactatelor, din care 16 la FrieslandCampina, \u015fi spune c\u0103 \u201eaceast\u0103 companie, parte a unei cooperative de\u0163inute de fermieri olandezi, este cel mai important reper din carierea mea profesional\u0103. \u00cen urm\u0103 cu 16 ani, am pus bazele marketingului, la nivel local, pentru FrieslandCampina \u015fi am format o echip\u0103 na\u0163ional\u0103 de marketing, al\u0103turi de care am reu\u015fit s\u0103 integr\u0103m \u00een portofoliul companiei brandurile interna\u0163ionale, al\u0103turi de cele locale. \u00cen acest proces, am reu\u015fit s\u0103 transform\u0103m Napolact, dintr-o marc\u0103 local\u0103, a\u015fa cum era \u00een 2006, \u00eentr-unul dintre cele mai importante branduri la nivel na\u0163ional. \u201e\u00centre 2010 \u015fi 2012 a condus pentru FrieslandCampina opera\u0163iunile de marketing \u015fi new business din Ungaria.<\/p>\n<p>\nCele mai grele momente din carier\u0103 sunt asociate cu perioada de recesiune economic\u0103; \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 2009, consumul a \u00eenregistrat o sc\u0103dere semnificativ\u0103. \u201eAm fost nevoi\u0163i, de-a lungul acestui interval, s\u0103 lu\u0103m o serii de decizii dificile. Nu este pu\u0163in lucru s\u0103 transformi o marc\u0103 local\u0103, a\u015fa cum era Napolact \u00een 2006, \u00eentr-un brand na\u0163ional premium. Suntem \u00een al treilea an \u00een care cre\u015ftem \u00een volum cu aproape 15%, iar \u00een ultimii cinci ani am adus de dou\u0103 ori mai mul\u0163i consumatori la brandul Napolact.
