Acestea sunt formate din 65 de colaboratori, ingineri conceptori, proiectan\u0163i \u015fi \u015fefi de compartimente.<\/p>\n<p>\nAlexandru Sl\u0103vil\u0103 a debutat \u00een mediul universitar ca asistent-cercet\u0103tor la universit\u0103\u0163ile tehnice din Pite\u015fti \u015fi Belfort (Fran\u0163a). Cariera sa \u00een cadrul grupului Renault a \u00eenceput \u00een 2007, mai \u00eent\u00e2i ca proiectant, apoi ca responsabil de echip\u0103 proces ambutisare, iar din 2011 este responsabil de toate activit\u0103\u0163ile de concep\u0163ie \u015fi proiectare din Matri\u0163e Dacia. \u00cen 2006 a ob\u0163inut titlul de doctor \u00een inginerie mecanic\u0103 la UTBM (Universit\u00e9 de Technologie Belfort-Montb\u00e9liard) Fran\u0163a, iar \u00een cadrul grupului Renault a urmat un complex program de formare profesional\u0103 \u015fi dezvoltare managerial\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nAnul trecut a contribuit la lansarea noilor modele Renault (Megane 4, Kadjar, Espace \u015fi Talisman) prin coordonarea concep\u0163iei \u015fi proiect\u0103rii unor \u015ftan\u0163e \u015fi matri\u0163e care produc acum piese de caroserie.<\/p>\n<p>\nMatri\u0163e Dacia este singurul centru de proiectare \u015fi fabricare a matri\u0163elor din cadrul Grupului Renault; \u00eentins pe o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 17.000 metri p\u0103tra\u0163i, \u00een Pite\u015fti (Arge\u015f), acesta a fost complet modernizat, \u00eencep\u00e2nd din anul 2007, cu investi\u0163ii \u00een valoare de 25 de milioane de euro. Centrul este specializat \u00een conceperea \u015fi realizarea utilajelor de ambutisare a reperelor de caroserie de mari dimensiuni. La conceperea unui nou vehicul, Grupul Renault aplic\u0103 principiile ingineriei simultane, context \u00een care Matri\u0163e Dacia contribuie prin verificarea \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea fezabilit\u0103\u0163ii pieselor ambutisate. Prin activitatea de fabrica\u0163ie matri\u0163e din Rom\u00e2nia, Dacia este singurul furnizor intern de utilaje de ambutisare al Grupului Renault, pentru aproape toate proiectele din lume.
