Hotelul a obtinut in urma auditului un punctaj bun , indeplinind, pe langa cerintele  obligatorii, 90% din cerintele suplimentare. <\/p>\n<p>Hotelul a fost achizitionat de omul de afaceri in 2004 si a intrat in renovare din 2006, compania luand un credit de 10 milioane de euro pentru lucrari. Investitia in renovare a a ajuns pana la urma la 13 milioane de euro. Gabriel Comanescu preconizeaza ca va recupera investitia in decurs de 10 ani, cu 3 milioane de  euro pe an.<\/p>\n<p>Gradul de ocupare s a ridicat undeva in jurul cifrei de 46% la inceputul lunii iunie, iar pe 24 iunie a ajuns la 58%. Zilele de weekend sunt cele de varf au avut insa un grad de ocupare de 100%.
