Pe spatiul eliberat intre gara si pasajul Basarab s-a propus construirea unui centru de afaceri, iar in zonele de triaje a fost propusa constructia a doua eco-cartiere.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen septembrie 2016, CEP a venit cu un plan revizuit pentru Gara de Nord. Solu\u0163ia propus\u0103 este mutarea G\u0103rii principale (Terminalul A<b>)<\/b>&nbsp;la o distanta de circa 1.3 km, la nord de Podul Grant. Ea ar fi legata de mijloacele de transport in comun de pe Calea Grivitei. Gara s-ar construi simultan cu un mall adiacent si ar permite functionarea neintrerupta a Garii de nord prin construirea unei structuri usoare pe liniile de cale ferata existente in zona propusa pentru Terminalul A.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong style=\"font-size: 18px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zf.ro\/constructii-imobiliare\/cel-mai-ambitios-proiect-urban-gara-de-nord-din-bucuresti-ar-urma-sa-fie-mutata-cu-1-3-km-si-inlocuita-cu-un-mall-15677264\" target=\"_blank\">Bucure\u015ftiul ar putea fi schimbat RADICAL.
