Genera\u0163ia Y (20-35 ani) ar fi trebuit s\u0103 \u00eenfloreasc\u0103 pe terenul \u00eens\u0103m\u00e2n\u0163at de Genera\u0163ia X. Genera\u0163ia Z (11-20 ani) devine roditoare \u00een \u201egr\u0103dina\u201d Genera\u0163iei Y.<\/p>\n<p>\nA\u015fa arat\u0103 \u201estructura\u201d genera\u0163iilor din gr\u0103dina Rom\u00e2nia. Ce tip de gr\u0103din\u0103 ne propunem s\u0103 cultiv\u0103m? Poate una japonez\u0103 (plin\u0103 de armonie, alei filosofice, simplitate, calm&#8230;), poate una fran\u0163uzeasc\u0103 (riguroas\u0103, alei simetrice, aten\u0163ie la detalii, focus spre estetic\u0103&#8230;)? C\u00e2t de roditoare vor fi semin\u0163ele r\u0103mase pentru genera\u0163iile X \u015fi Z? Care sunt planurile mediului politic, dar \u015fi de afaceri pentru a preg\u0103ti corespunz\u0103tor \u201emo\u015ftenirea\u201d genera\u0163iei urm\u0103toare? Exist\u0103 un VIITOR preg\u0103tit?<br \/>\nO nou\u0103 genera\u0163ie nu are implica\u0163ii doar la nivel economic sau social. O nou\u0103 genera\u0163ie are \u00een primul r\u00e2nd un impact nemijlocit \u00een mentalitatea \u015fi comportamentul unui popor, unei \u0163\u0103ri. O nou\u0103 genera\u0163ie este o REVOLU\u0162IE! \u015ei iat\u0103 c\u0103 ea se produce, ACUM \u015fi AICI: Genera\u0163ia Y vine cu principii, valori \u015fi credin\u0163e, vine cu abord\u0103ri progresiste, inova\u0163ie, idealuri umane. Pasiona\u0163i de cauze sociale, inoveaz\u0103, mult mai educa\u0163i, unii dedica\u0163i voluntariatului. Ei REVOLU\u0162IONEAZ\u0102.<\/p>\n<p>\nCu ce \u00eei a\u015ftept\u0103m, ce le-am preg\u0103tit?<\/p>\n<p>\nPotrivit datelor Eurostat, Rom\u00e2nia se situeaz\u0103 pe locul doi \u00een UE din punctul de vedere al riscului de s\u0103r\u0103cie sau excluziune social\u0103, 41,7% din popula\u0163ie fiind afectat\u0103. Conform datelor disponibile de la Institutul Na\u0163ional de Statistica\u0306, \u00een trimestrul al patrulea din 2014 \u015fomajul \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor a fost de 24,1%, fa\u0163a\u0306 de 5,4% \u00een cazul adul\u0163ilor. Ceea ce indica\u0306 un raport de 4,46 \u015fomeri tineri la un \u015fomer adult.<\/p>\n<p>\nCu 24 de IMM-uri la mia de locuitori, Rom\u00e2nia se afa\u0306 pe penultimul loc \u00een Uniunea Europeana\u0306, mult sub media europeana\u0306 de 40 de IMM-uri.<\/p>\n<p>\n26% din absolven\u0163ii de gimnaziu p\u0103r\u0103sesc \u015fcoala c\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la liceu (aten\u0163ie! \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul obligatoriu este p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een clasa a X-a inclusiv).<\/p>\n<p>\nPotrivit datelor Ministerului Educa\u0163iei, \u00een anul \u015fcolar 2015-2016, la nivel na\u0163ional se aflau \u00een clasa a VIII-a 187.000 de elevi. \u00cen schimb, la evaluarea na\u0163ional\u0103 au fost \u00eenscri\u015fi 153.672 de candida\u0163i. Doar 118.661 elevi au reu\u015fit s\u0103 ocupe un loc, adic\u0103 cu aproape 70.000 mai pu\u0163in!<\/p>\n<p>\nCe se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu gr\u0103dina noastr\u0103? Parc\u0103 nu are valen\u0163e japoneze \u015fi nici fran\u0163uze\u015fti&#8230; Cum am putea s\u0103-i red\u0103m frumuse\u0163ea \u015fi culorile, bel\u015fugul, abunden\u0163a? Cum am putea s\u0103 plivim neghina, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 smulgem odat\u0103 cu ea \u015fi rodul bun?<\/p>\n<p>\nEu zic c\u0103, dac\u0103 am hr\u0103ni-o cu pu\u0163in\u0103 educa\u0163ie antreprenorial\u0103, de exemplu, \u015fi-ar reveni imediat. Mai ales c\u0103 se \u015fi potrive\u015fte tipului genera\u0163iilor urm\u0103toare. Sigur c\u0103 educa\u0163ia antreprenorial\u0103 este \u00een foarte str\u00e2ns\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu sistemul general de educa\u0163ie. Avem cursuri de business \u015fi practic\u0103 a liceenilor \u00een companii? Avem metode de predare \u015fi evaluare \u00een \u015fcoli adaptate educa\u0163iei antreprenoriale? Cursuri de educa\u0163ie financiar\u0103? Poate un program na\u0163ional de \u00eencurajare a \u00eenfiin\u0163\u0103rii de \u015fcoli de meserii? Avem o leg\u0103tur\u0103 concret\u0103 a mediului universitar din toate ora\u015fele \u0163\u0103rii cu mediul privat?<\/p>\n<p>\nEduca\u0163ia antreprenorial\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 din gr\u0103dini\u0163\u0103. Sunt \u00een prezent sisteme pedagogice la nivelul 3-6 ani care stimuleaz\u0103 curiozitatea, independen\u0163a, libertatea de decizie etc.<\/p>\n<p>\nGenera\u0163iile Y \u015fi Z = mentalitate nou\u0103 = educa\u0163ia antreprenorial\u0103 = antreprenoriat = inova\u0163ie = locuri de munc\u0103 = identitate. Rezult\u0103 o solu\u0163ie practic\u0103 de a \u201es\u0103di\u201d \u00een \u0163arina rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u201esemin\u0163ele\u201d unei viitoare na\u0163iuni (na\u0163ie are \u015fi sensul de semin\u0163ie&#8230;) solide, statornice \u015fi rezistente!<\/p>\n<p>\nDoar dou\u0103 exemple de situa\u0163ii unde putem avea un rezultat imediat:<\/p>\n<p>\nAntreprenoriatul \u00een agricultur\u0103: nu are sens s\u0103 mai amintesc despre poten\u0163ialul enorm al Rom\u00e2niei c\u00e2nd vine vorba despre agricultur\u0103. De ce nu am elabora un program de educa\u0163ie antreprenorial\u0103 \u015fi facilit\u0103\u0163i pentru viitori antreprenori din agricultura rom\u00e2neasc\u0103? Iat\u0103 \u015fi o solu\u0163ie pentru persoanele mai \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103, \u00een general cu \u015fanse mai pu\u0163ine de a deveni antreprenori. Contextul este favorabil: legea care \u00eei oblig\u0103 pe comercian\u0163i s\u0103 expun\u0103 la raft 51% produse rom\u00e2ne\u015fti a fost adoptat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nAntreprenoriat pentru diaspora: avem foarte mul\u0163i rom\u00e2ni care doresc s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 \u00een \u0163ar\u0103, au un capital \u015fi, datorit\u0103 specializ\u0103rii \u00een meserii, ar putea foarte u\u015for s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 o afacere nou\u0103 aici. De ce s\u0103 nu le facilit\u0103m un sistem unde s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi v\u00e2nd\u0103 produsele \/ serviciile? De ce s\u0103 nu facem \u015fi invers: s\u0103 le oferim educa\u0163ie antreprenorial\u0103 rom\u00e2nilor pleca\u0163i din \u0163ar\u0103 care au deschis un business propriu sau \u00ee\u015fi doresc asta. Rezolv\u0103m \u015fi un aspect social dramatic: re\u00eentregirea familiilor. Conform guvernului, datele centralizate la nivel na\u0163ional arat\u0103 c\u0103, la data de 30 septembrie 2014, \u00een eviden\u0163ele autorit\u0103\u0163ilor locale se aflau \u00een jur de 83.000 de copii cu cel pu\u0163in un p\u0103rinte plecat \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate \u015fi aproximativ jum\u0103tate cu ambii p\u0103rin\u0163i pleca\u0163i!!! Tragic\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\nEduca\u0163ia antreprenorial\u0103 \u015fi, implicit, antreprenoriatul nu au leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu istoria capitalist\u0103 a unei \u0163\u0103ri sau cu factori genetici sau de ras\u0103. Dezvoltarea unui mediu antreprenorial de succes este doar o chestiune de VOIN\u0162\u0102!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Genera\u0163iile sunt ca o gr\u0103din\u0103.
