La Brasov, de pilda un apartament cu doua camere poate fi cumparat si cu 35.000 de euro. De caderea libera a pietei pot profita, deocamdata, numai cei care au bani gheata, mai spun consultantii imobiliari. Scaderea preturilor este evidenta mai ales in cazul proiectelor noi imobiliare. S-au ieftinit materialele de constructii, dar au scazut si salariile muncitorilor in constructii.
