Pe de alt\u0103 parte, scepticismul mare legat de g\u0103sirea unui nou loc de munc\u0103 ne arat\u0103 c\u0103 acest optimism fa\u0163\u0103 de actualul loc de munc\u0103 este un optimism constr\u00e2ns, urmare a percep\u0163iei c\u0103 pia\u0163a muncii sufer\u0103 de lipsa oportunit\u0103\u0163ilor\u201d, a declarat Elena Pap, directorul general Up Rom\u00e2nia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">De\u015fi declar\u0103 \u00een propor\u0163ie cov\u00e2r\u015fitoare c\u0103 munca lor este interesant\u0103, provocatoare, motivant\u0103 (peste 60%), angaja\u0163ii intervieva\u0163i \u00een cadrul studiului IRES au tendin\u0163a s\u0103 regrete \u00een primul r\u00e2nd colegii (35%), &nbsp;mai presus de activitatea propriu-zis\u0103 (26%) \u015fi salariul (19%). Majoritatea angaja\u0163ilor rom\u00e2ni participan\u0163i la cercetare se declar\u0103 mul\u0163umi\u0163i \u015fi foarte mul\u0163umi\u0163i de rela\u0163iile cu colegii, superiorii ierarhici direc\u0163i \u015fi cu managementul, cele mai mul\u0163umitoare fiind cele cu colegii (72%). Cei mai mul\u0163i dintre angaja\u0163ii intervieva\u0163i \u00ee\u015fi percep nivelul de salarizare drept bun \u015fi foarte bun (44%) \u015fi doar 26% \u00eel consider\u0103 slab \u015fi foarte slab. Doar jum\u0103tate dintre responden\u0163i (54%) consider\u0103 c\u0103 promov\u0103rile \u00een cadrul organiza\u0163iei din care fac parte se realizeaz\u0103 corect, iar 19% declar\u0103 contrariul. Participan\u0163ii la studiu, din firmele cu mai pu\u0163in de 50 de angaja\u0163i, tind s\u0103 considere \u00een propor\u0163ie mai mare dec\u00e2t ceilal\u0163i c\u0103 promov\u0103rile se realizeaz\u0103 echitabil \u00een organiza\u0163iile lor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Printre beneficiile cele mai dorite de c\u0103tre participan\u0163ii la aceast\u0103 cercetare, se reg\u0103sesc, \u00een ordinea preferin\u0163elor: asigur\u0103rile medicale (88%), primele de s\u0103rb\u0103tori (88%), tichetele de mas\u0103 (79%) \u015fi tichetele cadou (77%).
