La acel moment, era cel mai mare retailer rom\u00e2n din domeniul alimentar, at\u00e2t ca venituri c\u00e2t \u015fi ca suprafa\u0163\u0103 de v\u00e2nzare, cu o re\u0163ea de 14 spa\u0163ii, dintre care magazinul fanion era amplasat \u00een spatele magazinului Unirea din Capital\u0103. De\u015fi trecuse prin mai multe perioade de criz\u0103, punctul critic a intervenit la finalul lui 2006. \u201ePe la ora 10 seara m\u0103 sf\u0103tuiam cu Geo (Geo Buruian\u0103, fost director general al re\u0163elei &#8211; n.red.) care sunt solu\u0163iile pe care le avem\u201c, povestea pentru Business Magazin Petrovici la acel moment.<\/p>\n<p>\nMai multe dintre magazine \u00eenregistraser\u0103 sc\u0103deri importante ale v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor \u015fi mergeau \u00een pierdere de c\u00e2teva luni, pe fondul apari\u0163iei unor concuren\u0163i redutabili \u015fi cu o politic\u0103 de pre\u0163 agresiv\u0103, precum Kaufland. Univers\u2019all avea trei formate de magazin \u2013 supermarket, hipermarket \u015fi de proximitate &#8211; iar \u00een 2005 ajunsese la afaceri de 36 de milioane de euro, av\u00e2nd zilnic peste 25.000 de clien\u0163i, cu o frecven\u0163\u0103 de vizitare de 2,3 ori pe lun\u0103. \u00cen urma declan\u015f\u0103rii procedurilor de faliment, spa\u0163iile au fost cedate unul c\u00e2te unul c\u0103tre al\u0163i operatori din comer\u0163, ca G\u2019Market (fosta Gima), Interex sau Billa.<\/p>\n<p>\nETHOS<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/2\/ethos.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nIon \u015eoloman intra \u00een catalogul tinerilor manageri \u00een anul 2008, la 40 de ani. Era proprietarul re\u0163elei de supermarketuri Ethos, cu 16 magazine \u015fi peste 22 de milioane de euro cifr\u0103 de afaceri \u00een 2007, cu 70% mai mare dec\u00e2t cea din 2006 &#8211; povestea de succes a unui antreprenor care \u015fi-a f\u0103cut intrarea \u00een afaceri cu distribu\u0163ia de carte, \u00een 1992.<\/p>\n<p>\nUn an mai t\u00e2rziu dup\u0103 apari\u0163ia \u00een catalog, \u00een 2009, \u015eoloman declara \u00een Business Magazin c\u00e2t de r\u0103u \u00eei pare c\u0103 nu a v\u00e2ndut re\u0163eaua de magazine \u00een anul precedent, dup\u0103 ce fusese curtat \u015fi de fonduri de investi\u0163ii, \u015fi de investitori strategici. \u201eDac\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la suma de bani pe care a\u015f fi putut s\u0103 o iau anul trecut, la lini\u015ftea mea \u015fi a familiei mele, regret enorm c\u0103 nu am v\u00e2ndut\u201c, spunea atunci \u015eoloman, la un an de la cea mai important\u0103 negociere pe care a avut-o pentru v\u00e2nzarea lan\u0163ului de retail \u015fi la care a renun\u0163at \u00een ultimul moment.<br \/>\nCriza lovise puternic consumul, iar antreprenorul s-a v\u0103zut nevoit s\u0103 \u00eenchid\u0103 magazine \u015fi s\u0103 concedieze angaja\u0163i.&nbsp; \u00cen 2009, omul de afaceri \u00eenc\u0103 mai spera \u00een dezvoltarea pie\u0163ei \u2013 lucru corect, dar credea \u015fi c\u0103 afacerea sa va rezista, fapt care nu s-a mai adeverit. \u00cen 2010 \u015eoloman \u015fi-a v\u00e2ndut magazinele c\u0103tre compania elen\u0103 Vismonto Trading, iar el a r\u0103mas s\u0103 gestioneze, prin compania Ivet Logistics, datoriile acumulate de lan\u0163ul de retail.<\/p>\n<p>\nMIC.RO<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/3\/mic-ro.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nRe\u0163eaua de magazine de proximitate de\u0163inut\u0103 de omul de afaceri Dinu Patriciu a avut o existen\u0163\u0103 similar\u0103 apari\u0163iei unei comete. A ap\u0103rut din neant, a str\u0103lucit intens produc\u00e2nd mult\u0103 v\u00e2lv\u0103 prin rapiditatea cu care deschidea magazine \u015fi a e\u015fuat spectaculos. \u00centreaga sa istorie n-a durat dec\u00e2t circa doi ani. La \u00eenceputul lui 2012 firma deja \u00eenainta instan\u0163ei o cerere de intrare \u00een insolven\u0163\u0103, din pricina volumului mare de datorii. La jum\u0103tatea lui 2010 reprezentan\u0163ii Mic.ro ar\u0103tau c\u0103 deschiseser\u0103 circa 30 de spa\u0163ii, av\u00e2nd un buget de investi\u0163ii suficient pentru dezvoltarea a 300-400 de spa\u0163ii. Mai mult, la acel moment previzionau atingerea unei cifre de afaceri de 1,5 miliarde de euro \u00een 2011.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen septembrie 2011 re\u0163eaua ajunsese la 830 de magazine Mic.ro, dintre care 720 fixe \u015fi 110 mobile, \u015fi 58 de unit\u0103\u0163i Macro \u015fi miniMax. Doar c\u00e2teva luni mai t\u00e2rziu \u00eens\u0103, datoriile companiei Mercadia Holland, care opera magazinele Mic.ro, ajunseser\u0103 la aproape 700 de milioane de lei c\u0103tre creditori. Printre firmele care au cerut \u00een insolven\u0163a se num\u0103r\u0103 compania de taximetre Meridian, Touring Europabus &#8211; apar\u0163in\u00e2nd lui Drago\u015f Anastasiu, Vel Pitar \u015fi grupul \u0162iriac Auto. Datoriile nepl\u0103tite de mai multe luni, pe care lan\u0163ul Mic.ro le-a acumulat c\u0103tre o serie de furnizori, i-au f\u0103cut pe mul\u0163i dintre ace\u015ftia s\u0103 stopeze \u00eenc\u0103 \u00eenainte de intrarea companiei \u00een insolven\u0163\u0103 livr\u0103rile de m\u0103rfuri. Din acest motiv, rafturile magazinelor erau pe jum\u0103tate goale.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>\nPRIM\u0102VARA<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/5\/primavara.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nSupermarketurile controlate de antreprenorul Ion Avram au bifat momentul de glorie \u00een 2008, c\u00e2nd re\u0163eaua num\u0103ra nou\u0103 spa\u0163ii, dintre care patru \u00een Bucure\u015fti. Anii care au urmat au adus lan\u0163ului de magazine nu numai sc\u0103deri de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, ci \u015fi pierderi; \u00een 2010, a raportat la Ministerul Finan\u0163elor pierderi de peste un milion de euro la o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de 12,4 milioane de euro. Can Serv, firma care opera magazinele, a \u00eenchis \u00een 2009 dou\u0103 spa\u0163ii \u00een Pite\u015fti \u015fi \u00een Gala\u0163i, \u00eens\u0103 a deschis alte dou\u0103. Antreprenorul Ioan Avram, care avea activit\u0103\u0163i nu numai \u00een comer\u0163 ci \u015fi \u00een domeniul panifica\u0163iei, a mizat pe imobiliare, prin dezvoltarea unui ansamblu reziden\u0163ial \u00een zona Ghencea din Capital\u0103. \u00cen 2010, Mega Image a preluat dou\u0103 dintre spa\u0163iile re\u0163elei Prim\u0103vara, care \u00een 2012 a intrat \u00een insolven\u0163\u0103 \u015fi nu \u015fi-a mai revenit.<\/p>\n<p>\nPIC<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/4\/pic-supermarket.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nCele cinci spa\u0163ii ale re\u0163elei Pic &#8211; din Pite\u015fti, Craiova, Br\u0103ila, Oradea \u015fi C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi- de\u0163inut\u0103 de fra\u0163ii Ilie \u015fi Cornel Penescu din Pite\u015fti \u015fi-au \u00eenchis por\u0163ile dup\u0103 ce spre finalul lui 2008 compania care le opera a cerut intrarea \u00een insolven\u0163\u0103. Reprezentantul Muntenia Hypermarket, care administra re\u0163eaua, anun\u0163a c\u0103 va redeschide spa\u0163iile, dar compania nu \u015fi-a revenit niciodat\u0103. A intrat \u00een insolven\u0163\u0103 cu datorii de 90 de milioane de euro \u00een 2008, de\u015fi trecuse printr-un proces dur de restructurare \u00een urma c\u0103ruia concediase 1.200 de oameni \u015fi \u00eenchisese trei din cele cinci magazine. Grupul Pic, cu sediul \u00een Pite\u015fti, avea \u00een 2008 o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de peste 150 de milioane de euro, peste 80% din acestea fiind generate de re\u0163eaua de magazine.<\/p>\n<p>\nSPAR<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/7\/spar.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nRe\u0163eaua olandez\u0103 de supermarketuri Spar a ap\u0103rut pe pia\u0163\u0103 \u00een 2005, ca franciz\u0103 operat\u0103 de fra\u0163ii Ioan \u015fi Floare Cuc din Arad. Tot 2008 a fost \u015fi \u00een cazul acestei afaceri \u00eenceputul declinului, ajung\u00e2nd de la 21 de magazine la 10, doar un an mai t\u00e2rziu. V\u00e2nz\u0103rile din 2009 au sc\u0103zut cu aproape dou\u0103 treimi fa\u0163\u0103 de anul anterior, ajung\u00e2nd la 18,4 milioane de euro. Spa\u0163iile au fost ulterior preluate de al\u0163i retaileri.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>\nINTEREX<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/10\/interex.jpg?height=413&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 413px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nRe\u0163eaua de supermarketuri, parte a companiei franceze Groupement des Mousquetaires a deschis primul magazin la Ploie\u015fti, \u00een 2002, \u015fi a \u00eenregistrat opt ani de activitate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een momentul \u00een care a tras obloanele, a oferit dou\u0103 salarii compensatorii angaja\u0163ilor \u015fi a renun\u0163at la activitatea din aceast\u0103 \u0163ar\u0103. La apogeu, \u00een 2008, avea afaceri de 108 milioane de euro \u015fi 11 magazine.<\/p>\n<p>\nGIMA<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/12\/ginma.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nDe\u0163inut\u0103 de grupul turc Anchor, re\u0163eaua ajunsese la \u015fase magazine, dintre care trei \u00een Capital\u0103, primul fiind deschis \u00een 1999, \u00een cadrul Bucure\u015fti Mall. \u00cen 2007, compania a \u00eenregistrat v\u00e2nz\u0103ri de 60 de milioane de euro iar la \u00eenceputul lui 2008 a renun\u0163at la magazinul pe care \u00eel avea la Bac\u0103u. Supermarketurile au fost rebranduite ulterior \u00een G\u2019Market, dar nu au rezistat \u00een peisajul comer\u0163ului alimentar local.<\/p>\n<p>\nTRIDENT<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/8\/trident.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nRe\u0163eaua de\u0163inut\u0103 de so\u0163ii Constantin \u015fi Alina Mateescu a deschis primul magazin \u00een Media\u015f, \u00een 2004, pornind de la alte afaceri, ca importul de haine, transportul de m\u0103rfuri \u015fi exploat\u0103rile forestiere. Lan\u0163ul a cerut insolven\u0163a \u00een 2009, c\u00e2nd a \u00eenchis un hipermarket \u015fi un supermarket. Datoriile se plasau \u00een jurul a 25-26 de milioane de euro; c\u00e2nd estim\u0103rile pentru 2009 se refereau la o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de 30 milioane de euro, dar re\u0163eaua s-a destr\u0103mat rapid.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>\nSUCCES<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5528\/15063472\/11\/succes.jpg?height=372&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 372px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nLa acest moment, Succes Nic Com este cel mai puternic comerciant rom\u00e2n din domeniul alimentar dup\u0103 cifra de afaceri din 2014; a intrat \u00een insolven\u0163\u0103 anul trecut, iar v\u00e2nz\u0103rile sale scad de la an la an. Succes Nic Com a raportat la Ministerul Finan\u0163elor afaceri de 334 milioane de lei \u00een 2014, \u00een sc\u0103dere cu peste 5% fa\u0163\u0103 de 2013. Mai mult, compania a trecut pe pierderi, de aproape 14 milioane de lei, \u015fi a renun\u0163at la aproape jum\u0103tate din salaria\u0163i, respectiv circa 800 de oameni.
