Conform unui jurnal de bal din 1937, descoperit de c\u0103tre Ion Coja, mesenii \u00eencepeau s\u0103 apar\u0103 la casa gazdei \u00een jurul pr\u00e2nzului, unde erau \u00eent\u00e2mpina\u0163i cu cele mai frumoase tac\u00e2muri \u015fi farfurii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/14931674\/2\/18438948-401x300.jpg?height=454&#038;width=604\" style=\"width: 604px; height: 454px; margin: 2px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nConform regulilor nescrise ale vremurilor respective, oamenii nu se a\u015fezau direct la masa, ci socializau o perioad\u0103. Domnii aveau la dispozi\u0163ie &#8220;alune s\u0103rate \u015fi \u0163uic\u0103 de V\u0103leni&#8221;, \u00een timp ce doamnele \u00ee\u015fi retu\u015fau machiajul, iar copiii deschideau cadourile de Cr\u0103ciun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>\u00cen tot acest timp masa se umplea de bun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i, printre care ou\u0103 umplute cu o past\u0103 f\u0103cut\u0103 din ficat de pas\u0103re, ro\u015fii umplute cu br\u00e2nz\u0103, ca\u015fcaval (cel mai bun era de la oierii sibieni), kaizer, m\u0103sline naturale marinate, salam de Sibiu, mur\u0103turi \u015fi piftie de porc \u015fi curcan.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDup\u0103 ce invita\u0163ii luau c\u00e2te pu\u0163in din fiecare (erau \u00eendemna\u0163i de gazde s\u0103 nu m\u0103n\u00e2nce prea mult pentru a p\u0103stra loc urm\u0103toarelor bun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i), urma un fel de m\u00e2ncare a\u015fteptat de toat\u0103 lumea: salata de boeuf &nbsp;&#8220;f\u0103cut\u0103 din maionez\u0103 preg\u0103tit\u0103 \u00een cas\u0103 cu ou\u0103 de la S\u0103rule\u015fti \u015fi cu un ulei special adus din Albania, nu, nu ulei de m\u0103sline, altceva, dar nu se mai \u015ftie calitatea \u00een ziua de ast\u0103zi ! Cu o cruce mare, ro\u015fie, din mur\u0103turi ro\u015fii, gogo\u015fari, peste maionez\u0103 str\u0103lucitoare&#8221;, noteaz\u0103 Ion Coja pe ioncoja.ro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAceasta era prima parte a festinului, astfel c\u0103 mesenii f\u0103ceau o pauz\u0103 de la m\u00e2ncare \u015fi se ridicau de la mas\u0103 pentru a relua discu\u0163iile despre societate \u015fi politic\u0103, timp \u00een care doamnele ajutau la str\u00e2nsul farfuriilor \u015fi la \u00eenlocuirea platourilor cu alte bun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i pe baz\u0103 de pe\u015fte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n&#8220;Iar\u0103\u015fi doamnele se ridicau de la mas\u0103, evacuau farfuriile \u015fi platourile folosite, ca s\u0103 apar\u0103 cu alte bun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i: icre \u015fi pesc\u0103rie.<br \/>\nIcre de Manciuria \u015fi Beluga (negre) \u015fi autohtonele icre de \u015ftiuc\u0103 . Cu l\u0103m\u00e2i frumos t\u0103iate, \u00een spirale \u015fi la icrele negre se mai ad\u0103uga unt de Sinaia \u015fi g\u0103lbenu\u015f tare de ou. Abia acum urmau s\u0103 apar\u0103 ciorba de peri\u015foare sau supa de pui \u015fi sarmalu\u0163ele cu m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103, confirm\u00e2nd avertismentul gazdei de mai devreme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n&#8220;Apoi f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eentrerupere, ap\u0103reau fripturile de porc, curcan \u015fi v\u00e2nat, cartofii pr\u0103ji\u0163i pai-fran\u0163uze\u015fte, mur\u0103turile de multe feluri, gogonele, castrave\u0163i, gogo\u015fari. Apoi mici buc\u0103\u0163ele de c\u00e2rnat , ficat , rinichi , \u015forici , leb\u0103r , caltabo\u015f , mititei , POMANA PORCULUI ! Dou\u0103 feluri de vin ro\u015fu sec , B\u0103beasc\u0103 \u015fi Pietroasele .&nbsp;Pentru copii se f\u0103cea un meniu separat, cu piure \u015fi \u015fni\u0163el vienez&#8221;, noteaz\u0103 lingvistul Ion Coja, conform unui jurnal de bal din 1937.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDup\u0103 masa copioas\u0103 musafirii erau invita\u0163i s\u0103 se relaxeze la o cafea \u00een salon, dup\u0103 care urmau piesele la patefon, ce aveau s\u0103 ridice oamenii la dans. Nu se servea \u015fampanie de Cr\u0103ciun, aceasta fiind p\u0103strat\u0103 pentru Revelion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nMasa de Cr\u0103ciun din 1937 se \u00eentindea p\u00e2n\u0103 spre miezul nop\u0163ii, asta pentru c\u0103 unii oameni uitau s\u0103 mai plece acas\u0103. Drept urmare, pe la ora 22:00 musafirii erau servi\u0163i cu a doua cafea, numit\u0103 &#8220;sictir caffe&#8221;, semn c\u0103 invita\u0163ii ar trebui s\u0103-\u015fi ia r\u0103mas bun de la gazde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nA doua zi, gazdele primeau scrisori de mul\u0163umire din partea musafirilor, semn c\u0103 masa de Cr\u0103ciun a fost una apreciat\u0103 de toat\u0103 lumea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen 2015, meniul de Cr\u0103ciun este unul diversificat, cu feluri de m\u00e2ncare tradi\u0163ionale completate de unele interna\u0163ionale, ale c\u0103ror nume abia le putem pronun\u0163a.
