Dimpotriv\u0103, aceasta a fost denumit\u0103 o protein\u0103 indestructibil\u0103&#8221;, a declarat profesorul Michael Ohh, de la Facultatea de Medicin\u0103 din cadrul Universit\u0103\u0163ii din Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen mod normal, proteina RAS ajut\u0103 la dezvoltarea celulelor, \u00eens\u0103 aceasta poate s\u0103 cauzeze \u015fi o cre\u015ftere incontrolabil\u0103 a celulelor \u201cmutante\u201d sau neregulate. Am fost surprin\u015fi s\u0103 descoperim c\u0103 nimeni nu a identificat SHP2 ca un \u00eentrerup\u0103tor al proteinei RAS\u201d, a continuat profesorul Michael Ohh.<\/p>\n<p>\nAstfel, oamenii de \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 au fost \u015foca\u0163i s\u0103 descopere c\u0103 medicamentul ce inhib\u0103 proteina RAS, bazat pe SHP2, a redus tumorile pe care a fost experimentat cu peste 80%.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>\u201cRezultatele inhibatorului au fost incredibile \u2013 am fost chiar \u015foca\u0163i!
