Imaginea noastr\u0103 profesional\u0103, la fel ca reputa\u0163ia, cere timp pentru a fi construit\u0103, presupune eforturi de branding personal, de networking, de promovare \u015fi dezvoltare permanent\u0103, de stabilire a unor rela\u0163ii puternice cu clien\u0163ii, colegii, partenerii.<\/p>\n<p>\nCu toate astea, o bun\u0103 parte din impresiile celor din jur despre noi se bazeaz\u0103 pe cum ar\u0103t\u0103m &#8211; implicit pe cum ne \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103m, \u00een special c\u00e2nd e vorba de un context profesional.<br \/>\nVestimenta\u0163ia, pentru c\u0103 o sim\u0163im legat\u0103 intrinsec de aptitudinile noastre de comunicare, influen\u0163eaz\u0103 (par\u0163ial) felul \u00een care cei din jur reac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 la prezen\u0163a noastr\u0103. Aspectul nostru exterior le vorbe\u015fte despre educa\u0163ie \u015fi rafinament social, succes financiar, autoritatea de\u0163inut\u0103, nivelul de \u00eencredere pe care \u00eel pot avea \u00een noi \u015fi, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, despre c\u00e2t de potrivi\u0163i suntem pentru angajare, promovare sau rela\u0163ionare profesional\u0103. \u00cen termeni mai simpli, \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103mintea plus aptitudinile de comunicare pot influen\u0163a dac\u0103 colegii, \u015fefii sau partenerii de business vor da curs cererilor noastre, ne vor \u00eencredin\u0163a informa\u0163ii importante, ne vor permite acces la factorii de decizie, ne vor pl\u0103ti un anume salariu sau onorariu, ne vor angaja sau ne vor cump\u0103ra produsele sau serviciile.<\/p>\n<p>\nAcest tip de conexiuni \u015fi asocieri mentale este legat strict de sfera de business. Suntem mai dispu\u015fi s\u0103 oferim bani (dona\u0163ii c\u0103tre o cauz\u0103 caritabil\u0103, bac\u015fi\u015furi) sau informa\u0163ii unei persoane str\u0103ine c\u00e2nd \u00eenf\u0103\u0163i\u015farea acesteia inspir\u0103 \u00eencredere. Dac\u0103 a\u0163i f\u0103cut vreodat\u0103 parte din publicul unei piese de teatru la repeti\u0163ii cu \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 costume, a\u0163i observat transform\u0103rile miraculoase care au loc atunci c\u00e2nd un actor \u00eembrac\u0103 hainele personajului s\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p>\nRevenind la contextul profesional, nu fiecare zi de lucru cere aten\u0163ia, timpul sau bugetul necesar unei \u0163inute business \u201eca la carte\u201d. Culturile organiza\u0163ionale variaz\u0103, defini\u0163ia vestimenta\u0163iei business s-a modificat substan\u0163ial \u00een ultimii ani, iar \u0163inuta profesional\u0103 are \u00een\u0163elesuri diferite \u00een func\u0163ie de industrie, de nivelul de interac\u0163iune cu publicul, de audien\u0163a c\u0103reia i se adreseaz\u0103. \u00cen unele companii, nivelul de elegan\u0163\u0103 al vestimenta\u0163iei profesionale este l\u0103sat la latitudinea angaja\u0163ilor, \u00een altele codul intern specific\u0103 repere stilistice clare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nProfesiile care cer un nivel ridicat de \u00eencredere \u015fi confiden\u0163ialitate \u00eentre client \u015fi companie, cele \u00een care se lucreaz\u0103 cu proceduri standard \u015fi se dore\u015fte transmiterea unui mesaj de autoritate, stabilitate, rigurozitate, competen\u0163\u0103 &#8211; cum este cazul avocaturii corporate, consultan\u0163ei la nivel \u00eenalt, finan\u0163elor, asigur\u0103rilor &#8211; au un cod vestimentar conservator, iar reprezentan\u0163ii poart\u0103 costume \u00een culori \u00eenchise, taioare elegante, culori neutre \u015fi, \u00een general, adopt\u0103 \u0163inute business clasice. \u00cen cazul antreprenorilor \u015fi freelancerilor, garderobele li se muleaz\u0103 pe specificul domeniului de activitate, iar cei care sunt \u00een industrii creative sau au profesii artistice au o mai mare libertate de expresie vestimentar\u0103.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nDe fapt, pentru c\u0103 purtarea costumului nu mai este obligatorie, op\u0163iunile disponibile pot da uneori na\u015ftere unor alegeri discutabile. Un consultant de business mi-a m\u0103rturisit: \u201eAm impresia c\u0103 lumea \u00een\u0163elege gre\u015fit conceptul de \u00abbusiness casual\u00bb, \u00eel traduce prin \u00abpot \u00eembr\u0103ca aproape orice la birou\u00bb. Cei mai mul\u0163i dintre angaja\u0163ii clien\u0163ilor mei dau dovad\u0103 de bun gust \u015fi bun sim\u0163 \u00een alegerea hainelor pentru birou&#8230; dar am v\u0103zut \u015fi suficiente expresii deloc subtile ale lipsei de bun gust vestimentar, chiar \u00een \u00eent\u00e2lniri importante\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\nA\u015fadar, indiferent de domeniu, un \u201efir ro\u015fu\u201d ar trebui s\u0103 existe: \u0163inutele de birou trebuie s\u0103 transmit\u0103 profesionalism \u015fi credibilitate, s\u0103 fie o stenogram\u0103 a standardelor firmei respective. Sigur, comoditatea \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 eficien\u0163a \u015fi productivitatea, \u00eens\u0103 la birou piese vestimentare din categoria jean\u015fi str\u00e2m\u0163i sau sf\u00e2\u015fia\u0163i, hanorace, \u00eenc\u0103l\u0163\u0103minte sport, bluze din dantel\u0103, pulovere sc\u0103mo\u015fate comunic\u0103 mesajul unei persoane care nu \u00ee\u015fi ia foarte \u00een serios profesia \u015fi atribu\u0163iile profesionale.<\/p>\n<p>\nNu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, echilibrul \u00eentre propriile preferin\u0163e stilistice \u015fi standardele vestimentare ale unui context este un semn de respect fa\u0163\u0103 de cei prezen\u0163i \u015fi fa\u0163\u0103 de situa\u0163ie \u00een sine. Ne putem modifica \u0163inutele \u00een func\u0163ie de circumstan\u0163e.
