Pentru a-\u0163i da seama dac\u0103 firma este una serioas\u0103, aceasta trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00eenscris\u0103 neap\u0103rat la Inspectoratul Teritorial de Munc\u0103. Dac\u0103 firma nu este g\u0103sit\u0103 \u00een eviden\u0163ele autorit\u0103\u0163ilor, atunci cel mai probabil respectiva societate func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 ilegal, iar \u015fansele c\u0103 aceasta s\u0103 v\u0103 \u00een\u015fele sunt mari.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa semnarea contractului de mediere, (contract semnat \u00eentre dvs \u015fi agen\u0163ie) acorda\u0163i aten\u0163ie&nbsp; urm\u0103toarelor elemente: contractul s\u0103 cuprind\u0103 \u0163ara de re\u015fedin\u0163\u0103, denumirea angajatorului cu toate datele de identificare: adresa, num\u0103r de telefon\/fax, descrierea muncii \u015fi a condi\u0163iilor de munc\u0103, durata timpului de munc\u0103 \u015fi de repaus, durata contractului individual de munc\u0103, condi\u0163iile de protec\u0163ie social\u0103, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru a nu fi p\u0103c\u0103li\u0163i de firme-fantom\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 \u015fti\u0163i c\u0103 agentul de ocupare a for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie o societate rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 ce are c\u0103 activitate principal\u0103 cod CAEN 7810 &#8220;selec\u0163ia \u015fi plasarea for\u0163ei de munca in strainatate&#8221;. (Legea 156\/2000)<br \/>\n\u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd, analiza\u0163i oferta de angajare, fiind aten\u0163i la salariul oferit, condi\u0163iile de munc\u0103, cele de cazare, avantaje, etc. Promisiunea unui salariu mare nu este \u00eentotdeauna lipsit\u0103 de compromisuri.<\/p>\n<p>\nVerifica\u0163i credibilitatea firmei angajatoare din str\u0103in\u0103tate &#8211; acesta este urm\u0103torul pas pe care trebuie s\u0103 \u00eel lua\u0163i \u00een considerare.<\/p>\n<p>\nContractul de munc\u0103<\/p>\n<p>\nContractul de munc\u0103 dintre dvs \u015fi angajator, se redacteaz\u0103 \u00een limba \u0163\u0103rii din care provine angajatorul, \u00eens\u0103 \u00eenso\u0163it de o traducere autorizat\u0103 \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103.
