Cum a ajuns a\u015fa? Nu l-a preocupat s\u0103 afle ce-\u015fi dore\u015fte, de fapt; a pus verbul \u201ea avea\u201d \u00eenainte de verbul \u201ea fi\u201d \u015fi a crezut c\u0103 succesul \u00een afaceri \u00eei va aduce fericirea, c\u00e2nd, de fapt, este exact invers; nu a tratat cu aceea\u015fi aten\u0163ie cele patru laturi ale vie\u0163ii: personal\u0103 (fizic\u0103, spiritual\u0103, emo\u0163ional\u0103, intelectual\u0103 \u2013 fig. 1), de familie, social\u0103, profesional\u0103; a pierdut suportul \u015fi dragostea celor din jur; \u015fi-a irosit energia.<\/p>\n<p>\n<br \/>\nSpre deosebire de acest personaj, sunt foarte mul\u0163i antreprenori de succes care se simt \u00een acela\u015fi timp \u00eemplini\u0163i, pentru c\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi tr\u0103iesc valorile \u015fi misiunea. Al\u0163ii \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 din gre\u015feli \u015fi din e\u015fecuri, fac schimb\u0103ri \u00een via\u0163a lor \u015fi merg mai departe cu senin\u0103tate, \u00eenainte de a-i p\u0103r\u0103si toat\u0103 lumea \u015fi de a se \u00eemboln\u0103vi. A\u015fa cum ar\u0103tam \u00een articolul anterior, este nevoie de o filosofie personal\u0103 clar\u0103, de sprijinul celor apropia\u0163i, de g\u00e2ndire pozitiv\u0103 \u015fi de o bun\u0103 energie. Toate acestea se \u00eentrep\u0103trund \u015fi se influen\u0163eaz\u0103 reciproc. Degeaba este filosofia de via\u0163\u0103 corect\u0103 \u015fi clar\u0103, dac\u0103 lipse\u015fte energia de a o pune \u00een practic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nEnergia, definit\u0103 ca fiind capacitatea de a lucra, are patru izvoare: corpul, emo\u0163iile, mintea \u015fi spiritul. Cele patru tipuri de energie (fizic\u0103, emo\u0163ional\u0103, spiritual\u0103, mental\u0103 \u2013 fig. 2) pot fi re\u00eennoite \u015fi dezvoltate cu ajutorul unor obiceiuri s\u0103n\u0103toase: orar de somn, de mi\u015fcare, de hran\u0103, de lectur\u0103, de scris, de introspec\u0163ie, de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at, de concentrare asupra lucrurilor profesionale majore, de interac\u0163iune cu colegii \u015fi cu prietenii, de contribu\u0163ie \u00een folosul comunit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi altele. Pot p\u0103rea prea multe, dar nu sunt imposibil de respectat, cu dou\u0103 condi\u0163ii: simplificarea \u015fi combinarea.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe exemplu, nu este absolut necesar mersul la sal\u0103, \u00een cel\u0103lalt cap\u0103t al ora\u015fului, exerci\u0163iile fizice se pot face \u015fi acas\u0103. Plimb\u0103rile pe str\u0103zi lini\u015ftite pot fi prilejuri de a admira natura, dar \u015fi de a respira ad\u00e2nc aer curat, de a reflecta la lucruri importante, de a asculta muzica favorit\u0103 sau audio book-uri. Foarte mul\u0163i oameni de succes \u2013 g\u00e2nditori \u015fi speakeri motiva\u0163ionali, oameni de afaceri, sau consultan\u0163i, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu Anthony Robbins sau Robin Sharma \u015fi continu\u00e2nd cu Bill Gates, Steward Friedman, Daniel Goleman, Verne Harnish \u2013 pledeaz\u0103 pentru setarea unor astfel de obiceiuri. Cred c\u0103 merit\u0103 \u00eencercat.<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u00e2nd vine vorba despre corp, odihna de calitate regenereaz\u0103 neuronii \u015fi \u0163esuturile; mobilizarea articula\u0163iilor ajut\u0103 la buna circula\u0163ie a s\u00e2ngelui, dar \u015fi a energiei prin organism, la secre\u0163ia hormonilor fericirii; nutri\u0163ia corect\u0103 (\u00een cantit\u0103\u0163i ra\u0163ionale, f\u0103r\u0103 exces de zah\u0103r, carbohidra\u0163i, gr\u0103simi animale, alcool sau sucuri ambalate), hidratarea, respira\u0163ia \u00een aer curat \u015fi hidratarea ajut\u0103 \u015fi ele la refacerea \u0163esuturilor \u015fi transmit c\u0103tre creier hidrogenul \u015fi oxigenul necesare pentru regenerare, dar \u015fi pentru calitatea deciziilor \u015fi pentru creativitate.<\/p>\n<p>\nControlul emo\u0163iilor \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163e\u015fte calitatea energiei \u015fi rezisten\u0163a la presiunile externe. Dar, pentru asta, sunt necesare perioade de refacere, f\u0103r\u0103 de care energia se risipe\u015fte \u015fi oamenii devin fie iritabili \u015fi nervo\u015fi, fie anxio\u015fi \u015fi nesiguri pe ei. Astfel de st\u0103ri duc la fric\u0163iuni \u015fi la deterior\u0103ri de rela\u0163ii, deci la nefericire.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru a le evita, propun cinci metode, foarte utile: (1) s\u0103 v\u0103 g\u00e2ndi\u0163i bine \u015fi s\u0103 pune\u0163i pe h\u00e2rtie, \u00een fiecare sear\u0103, trei lucruri care v-au satisf\u0103cut \u00een cursul zilei \u2013 cu timpul vor fi cu siguran\u0163\u0103 tot mai multe de scris; (2) s\u0103 v\u0103 recunoa\u015fte\u0163i problemele la timp, c\u00e2nd le mai pute\u0163i analiza calm \u015fi c\u00e2nd pute\u0163i lua decizii \u00een\u0163elepte; (3) c\u00e2nd intra\u0163i \u00een st\u0103ri negative, respira\u0163i abdominal, ad\u00e2nc \u015fi prelung \u2013 calmeaz\u0103 \u015fi ajut\u0103 la concentrare; (4) s\u0103 recunoa\u015fte\u0163i \u015fi s\u0103 exprima\u0163i, verbal sau \u00een scris, sentimentele de apreciere \u015fi de recuno\u015ftin\u0163\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de cei din jur \u2013 este de ajutor pentru receptori, dar \u00een primul r\u00e2nd pentru emiten\u0163i; (5) s\u0103 adopta\u0163i o pozi\u0163ie corect\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de ceea ce vi se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103. E inutil \u015fi nociv s\u0103 lua\u0163i pozi\u0163ia de victim\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 da\u0163i vina pe al\u0163ii sau pe cine \u015ftie ce. Mai bine r\u0103spunde\u0163i la trei \u00eentreb\u0103ri: \u201eCe a\u015f g\u00e2ndi dac\u0103 a\u015f fi \u00een pielea celorlal\u0163i?\u201d, \u201eCe voi g\u00e2ndi despre situa\u0163ia asta peste un timp?\u201d \u015fi \u2013 neap\u0103rat \u015fi indiferent c\u00e2t de grave sunt consecin\u0163ele situa\u0163iei \u2013 \u201eCe am de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nLegat de energia mental\u0103, s-a dovedit c\u00e2t de neeficient este multitaskingul. Prin efectuarea mai multor lucruri \u00een paralel \u015fi deplasarea alternativ\u0103a aten\u0163iei, timpul necesar finaliz\u0103rii activit\u0103\u0163ii principale cre\u015fte cu 25%. Tot mai mul\u0163i speciali\u015fti pledeaz\u0103 pentru exersarea aten\u0163iei \u015fi concentrarea total\u0103, ne\u00eentrerupt\u0103, timp de 90-120 de minute, asupra unei singure activit\u0103\u0163i, alternativ cu pauze totale, adev\u0103rate. Keller \u015fi Papasani recomand\u0103 concentrarea, timp de patru ore pe zi, asupra acelui singur lucru, considerat cel mai important la un moment dat, p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalizare, urm\u0103torul asemenea lui fiind \u00eenceput abia ulterior. Pentru dezvoltarea energiei mentale, mai sunt importante lectura, consemnarea impresiilor, medita\u0163iile de concentrare a aten\u0163iei.<\/p>\n<p>\nEnergia spiritual\u0103este influen\u0163at\u0103 pozitiv de sentimentul c\u0103 activitatea desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 corespunde cu valorile, cu misiunea personal\u0103 \u015fi cu priorit\u0103\u0163ile. Concentrarea \u015fi aten\u0163ia sunt esen\u0163iale pentru a le stabili.<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u00e2nd se dezvolt\u0103 energia total\u0103, cresc productivitatea \u015fi sentimentul de \u00eemplinire personal\u0103.Ca urmare, rela\u0163iile interumane vor deveni mult mai bune.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen concluzie, ca s\u0103 nu pl\u00e2ng\u0103 prea des \u015fi prea tare, antreprenorii au nevoie de concentrare, de aten\u0163ie \u015fi de autoanaliz\u0103.Autoanaliza presupune r\u0103spunsuri corecte la \u00eentreb\u0103ri bine alese. Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva:<\/p>\n<p>\nCum stau cu con\u015ftiin\u0163a de sine? \u00cemi cunosc cu adev\u0103rat tr\u0103irile interioare?Dar valorile, misiunea, viziunea \u015fi priorit\u0103\u0163ile, \u00een fiecare latur\u0103 a vie\u0163ii mele (personal\u0103, de familie, profesional\u0103, social\u0103)?Tr\u0103iesc \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu ele?\u00cemi cunosc punctele forte? \u015etiu ce am de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163it la mine? M\u0103 concentrez asupra priorit\u0103\u0163ilor, evit\u00e2nd s\u0103 fiu sustras de lucruri mai pu\u0163in importante?<\/p>\n<p>\nSunt empatic? Acord suficient\u0103 aten\u0163ie celor din jur \u015fi p\u0103rerii lor despre mine? \u00cen\u0163eleg ce g\u00e2ndesc, ce simt \u015fi ce nevoi au? Suntem \u00een rela\u0163ii bune?Dau \u015fi primesc feedback?&nbsp; Cine consider c\u0103 sunt oamenii cei mai importan\u0163i, \u00een fiecare latur\u0103 a vie\u0163ii mele?<\/p>\n<p>\nSunt atent la mediu?Am g\u00e2ndire strategic\u0103? \u00cemi cunosc avantajul competitiv prezent (personal, sau\/\u015fi al afacerii mele)?Sunt \u00een c\u0103utare de noi oportunit\u0103\u0163i? Le observ?<\/p>\n<p>\nAm un spirit inovator? &nbsp;Sunt curios \u015fi atent la ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een jur? \u015etiu s\u0103 pun ideile \u015fi informa\u0163iile cap la cap, altfel dec\u00e2t ceilal\u0163i \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 prejudec\u0103\u0163i, ca s\u0103 ob\u0163in un rezultat nou \u015fi valoros?<\/p>\n<p>\nAplic cele trei calit\u0103\u0163i \u2013 con\u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 de sine, empatie \u015fi g\u00e2ndire strategic\u0103 \u00een toate cele patru laturi ale vie\u0163ii &#8211; personal\u0103, de familie, social\u0103 \u015fi profesional\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>\nAm energia necesar\u0103 \u2013 fizic\u0103, mental\u0103, emo\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi social\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>\nM\u0103 odihnesc, hr\u0103nesc, hidratez corespunz\u0103tor \u015fi fac suficient\u0103 mi\u015fcare?<\/p>\n<p>\nSunt atent la emo\u0163iile mele \u015fi lucrez pentru a fi pozitive?<\/p>\n<p>\nM\u0103 concentrez asupra lucrurilor cu adev\u0103rat importante pentru mine?<\/p>\n<p>\nSunt autentic?
