Sau dac\u0103 le vorbe\u015fti oamenilor despre \u00eencredere \u015fi cooperare li se pare c\u0103 aud lozinci. S\u0103n\u0103tatea este \u015fi ea o lozinc\u0103 \u00een urechile lor &#8211;&nbsp;mai ales c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 timp s\u0103 te preocupi de toate cele c\u00e2te sunt de f\u0103cut. Culmea este c\u0103 nici \u00een sport, nici \u00een medicin\u0103, nici \u00een mediul organiza\u0163ional nu exist\u0103 o alt\u0103 lozinc\u0103, exist\u0103 doar performan\u0163\u0103, iar aceasta este o responsabilitate, nu o lozinc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nOriunde performan\u0163a nu este perceput\u0103 ca o responsabilitate, nici m\u0103car ca o treab\u0103 de f\u0103cut nu ajut\u0103 s\u0103 fie perceput\u0103, acolo orice abordare profesionist\u0103 a subiectului pare un cli\u015feu. Oamenii din aceste organiza\u0163ii \u015ftiu ei cel mai bine cum-e-treaba-cu-cultura: r\u0103cne\u015fti de dou\u0103 ori la ei \u015fi imediat se fac constructivi. \u015ei se fac, doar c\u0103, \u00een defini\u0163ia celor care r\u0103cnesc, constructiv este cel care face ce spune el. La fel cum \u015fi \u00een organiza\u0163iile cu oameni nederanja\u0163i de nimic, \u015feful este constructiv dac\u0103 \u00eei las\u0103 \u00een pace. Este cam ca \u00een \u201dHo\u0163ul strig\u0103: Ho\u0163ul!\u201d, doar c\u0103 pe dos, cine spune c\u0103 \u015ftie, fix acela nu \u015ftie. Pentru c\u0103 unealta de m\u0103sur\u0103 este simpl\u0103: a \u015fti presupune \u00een\u0163elepciune, nu doar inteligen\u0163\u0103, \u015fi, dac\u0103 oamenii inteligen\u0163i \u00ee\u015fi mai m\u0103soar\u0103 din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd inteligen\u0163a, oamenii \u00een\u0163elep\u0163i nu \u0163in niciodat\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi m\u0103soare \u00een\u0163elepciunea. Ce au \u00een comun este faptul c\u0103 responsabilitatea fa\u0163\u0103 de sine este unealta principal\u0103 de lucru.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nPe de alt\u0103 parte, at\u00e2t oamenii care nu sunt s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi tun, c\u00e2t \u015fi organiza\u0163iile \u00een care nu vrea nimeni s\u0103 lucreze vor supravie\u0163ui \u015fi vor livra \u015fi ni\u015fte rezultate. Vor livra rezultate, dar nu vor livra performan\u0163\u0103, adic\u0103 rezultate bune dup\u0103 rezultate bune, constant, ob\u0163inute datorit\u0103 efortului sus\u0163inut, nu datorit\u0103 norocului sau contextului.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nNici cultura constructiv\u0103, nici s\u0103n\u0103tatea nu sunt lozinci. Oamenii s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi se caut\u0103 \u015fi se preocup\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tatea lor, nu o trateaz\u0103 ca pe un dat. Organiza\u0163iile constructive \u015ftiu c\u0103 mereu mai este ceva de f\u0103cut care le va aduce mai multe beneficii \u015fi mai mult succes \u015fi vor c\u0103uta proactiv acel ceva (\u00een interiorul sau \u00een afara organiza\u0163iei), f\u0103r\u0103 a veni cu explica\u0163ii defensive de tipul: la noi e altfel, \u00een industria noastr\u0103 nu se poate, toat\u0103 lumea face a\u015fa, dac\u0103 a\u015f avea eu bugetul companiei x\u2026, \u00een locul lui y \u015fi eu a\u015f fi reu\u015fit.<\/p>\n<p>\nCultura constructiv\u0103 se m\u0103soar\u0103, se caut\u0103, se proiecteaz\u0103, se conduce. Ea se identific\u0103 de la organiza\u0163ie la organiza\u0163ie, a\u015fa cum \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103tatea este diferit\u0103 de la om la om. Constructiv, la fel ca \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103tos, \u00eenseamn\u0103 func\u0163ionarea la parametrii optimi ai entit\u0103\u0163ii respective, utilizarea la maximum a poten\u0163ialului.
