Din 2004 \u015fi-a \u00eenceput cariera \u00een cadrul departamentului de HR al Flanco.<\/p>\n<p>\nSub conducerea Nicoletei Cap\u0103t\u0103, angaja\u0163ii Flanco din magazine au \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at s\u0103 salute, s\u0103 z\u00e2mbeasc\u0103, s\u0103 nu stea cu spatele la clien\u0163i \u015fi s\u0103 nu mestece gum\u0103, dar \u015fi s\u0103 spun\u0103 \u201c\u00eemi pare r\u0103u, am gre\u015fit\u201d, dac\u0103 este cazul.
