Acest co\u015f zilnic poate include: f\u0103in\u0103 integral\u0103, p\u00e2ine cu t\u0103r\u00e2\u0163e, varz\u0103, ficat de porc, macrou, telemea, ceap\u0103, morcovi, cartofi, sfecl\u0103, m\u0103lai. <\/strong>Componen\u0163a co\u015fului zilnic s\u0103n\u0103tos este calculat\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu recomand\u0103rile privind aportul de nutrien\u0163i \u015fi obiectivele privind alimenta\u0163ia formulate de c\u0103tre OMS (OMS 2003; OMS 2004).
