Concentrarea va cre\u015fte \u015fi mai mult densitatea magazinelor din lan\u0163ul Mega Image, cota lor de pia\u0163\u0103 \u00een zona de atrac\u0163ie comercial\u0103 \u015fi impactul asupra concuren\u0163ei&#8221;<\/strong>, sus\u0163in retailerii c\u0103rora Consiliul Concuren\u0163ei le-a solicitat punctul de vedere cu privire la tranzac\u0163ia dintre Mega Image \u015fi Angst.<\/p>\n<p>\nConsiliul Concuren\u0163ei a primit observa\u0163ii din partea Auchan (inclusiv Real Hypermarket), Carrefour (inclusiv Artima), Profi, Billa, Lidl Discount, Cora, Penny Market \u015fi Cristim cu privire la posibilele efecte ale opera\u0163iunii de concentrare economic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nAce\u015ftia mai arat\u0103 c\u0103, prin cre\u015fterea num\u0103rului de magazine dintr-o zon\u0103 de proximitate sub un singur brand, \u015fi anume Mega Image, concuren\u0163a \u015fi posibilitatea consumatorilor de a alege \u00een zona respectiv\u0103 se reduce semnificativ din perspectiva sortimentelor de produse, pre\u0163urilor \u015fi promo\u0163iilor \u015fi, \u00een general din perspectiva serviciilor diferen\u0163iate pentru clien\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>&#8220;Ar trebui reevaluat\u0103 definirea pie\u0163ei relevante, \u00een special \u00een Bucure\u015fti \u015fi Ilfov, \u00een sensul diferen\u0163ierii \u00eentre diversele tipuri de comer\u0163 (modern vs. tradi\u0163ional) \u015fi \u00eentre diversele forme de prezentare ale comer\u0163ului modern (supermarket, hypermarket, discounter). Astfel, zonele pentru care institu\u0163ia \u015fi-a exprimat \u00eengrijor\u0103rile de ordin concuren\u0163ial, respectiv reducerea posibilit\u0103\u0163ilor de alegere ale consumatorilor, sunt Amzei, Academiei \u015fi Perla.<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;Referitor la cele 3 pie\u0163e relevante Amzei, Academiei \u015fi Perla, p\u0103r\u0163ile implicate au convenit s\u0103 renun\u0163e la achizi\u0163ionarea magazinului Angst Perla \u015fi, respectiv, s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi asume angajamente structurale, const\u00e2nd \u00een cesionarea activit\u0103\u0163ii comerciale aferente magazinului Angst Amzei sau activit\u0103\u0163ii comerciale aferente unui alt magazin din interiorul pie\u0163ei geografice relevante aferent\u0103 magazinului Angst Amzei, apar\u0163in\u00e2nd unuia sau mai multora din magazinele Mega Image, precum \u015fi cesionarea activit\u0103\u0163ii comerciale aferente Magazinului Angst Academiei sau activit\u0103\u0163ii comerciale aferente unui alt magazin din interiorul pie\u0163ei geografice relevante aferent\u0103 magazinului Angst Academiei, apar\u0163in\u00e2nd unuia sau mai multora din magazinele Mega Image&#8221;, se arat\u0103 \u00een decizia Consiliului Concuren\u0163ei de aprobare a tranzac\u0163iei.<\/p>\n<p>\nP\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een decembrie, Mega Image a redeschis, sub propriile branduri, 18 magazine Angst, al 19-lea fiind integrat ca o extensie \u00een supermarketul Mega Image Lacul Tei.<\/p>\n<p>\nMega Image estima venituri anuale de 21 milioane de euro pentru cele 20 de magazine, care au fiecare suprafe\u0163e totale \u00eentre 90 \u015fi 750 metri p\u0103tra\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\nFondat \u00een 1995, Mega Image este cel mai mare lan\u0163 de supermarketuri din Rom\u00e2nia cu o re\u0163ea care cuprinde \u00een prezent 411 magazine (dintre care circa 300 \u00een Bucure\u015fti), sub m\u0103rcile Mega Image (200), Shop&#038;Go (209), AB COOL FOOD (1), Mega Drive (1).<\/p>\n<p>\nGrupul Angst a fost \u00eenfiin\u0163at \u00een 1990, fiind o investi\u0163ie rom\u00e2no-elve\u0163ian\u0103. Firma este controlat\u0103 de Sorin Minea, care de\u0163ine 60% din ac\u0163iuni, restul de 40% fiind \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163it \u00een mod egal \u00eentre Liudmila Minea \u015fi Bernadette Martha Maria Wyrsch-Angst.
