Parterul a fost destinat func\u0163iunilor de comer\u0163 (spa\u0163ii comerciale \u015fi pia\u0163\u0103 agro-alimentar\u0103). Etajul 1 este destinat spa\u0163iilor de birouri, iar etajul 2 este destinat spa\u0163iului de gr\u0103dini\u0163\u0103&#8221;, se arat\u0103 \u00eentr-un anun\u0163 al institu\u0163iei.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Acordul are o valoare estimat\u0103 de 45,3 milioane lei, f\u0103r\u0103 TVA, \u015fi va fi finalizat \u00een termen de trei ani de la data atribuirii.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nLucr\u0103rile, finan\u0163ate din bugetul consolidat al autorit\u0103\u0163ii contractante, vor fi adjudecate prin licita\u0163ie deschis\u0103.
