Compania de credit de consum Estima Finance a fost lansata in a doua parte a anului trecut de catre Fondul Rom\u00e2no-American pentru Investitii (RAEF) si Domo Retail, care acum ocupa locul al doilea in topul retailerilor de electrocasnice.<\/P>

ESTIMARI OPTIMISTE:<\/STRONG> Potrivit declaratiilor de presa ale managamentului, compania Estima Finance va incheia contracte de peste 70 de milioane de euro in 2005, primul an integral de functionare. <\/P>

 <\/P>

EXTINDERE:<\/STRONG> Cea mai mare parte dintre contracte vor fi incheiate prin reteaua Domo, insa sistemele de creditare vor fi extinse si in cadrul unor retaileri din alte domenii. <\/P>

ACTIONARIAT:<\/STRONG> Din toamna anului trecut, pe lista actionarilor Domo Retail a intrat, pe l\u00e2nga persoanele fizice care au fondat compania in urma cu mai bine de zece ani, si fondul de investitii Romanian American Enterprise<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> Fund (RAEF), care detine 20% din actiuni. Lorand Szarvadi, CEO Domo Retail, detine impreuna cu sotia sa 44% din companie.<\/P>

RETEA<\/st1:City> DE<\/st1:State><\/st1:place> MAGAZINE:<\/STRONG> Domo are acum 110 de magazine in peste 70 de orase, iar suprafata totala era in februarie 2005 de 30.000 mp. Reteaua urmeaza sa atinga 120 de locatii pana la sfarsitul lui 2005, iar sase dintre locatiile viitoare se vor deschide in reteaua Kaufland. <\/P>
