{"id":11683,"date":"2008-09-08T17:33:09","date_gmt":"2008-09-08T17:33:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=11683"},"modified":"2026-04-02T12:50:01","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T12:50:01","slug":"antal-recruitment-45-dintre-angajatorii-romani-concediaza-managerii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=11683","title":{"rendered":"Antal Recruitment: 45% dintre angajatorii romani concediaza managerii"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>37% dintre angajatorii romani inclusi in studiul care urmareste tendintele de angajare, la nivel modial, realizat de Antal International Executive Recruitment au declarat ca fac, in momentul de fata, angajari pe pozitii manageriale. <\/p>\n<p>Mai mare a fost insa procentul (45%) celor care, in prezent, deruleaza concedieri in randul managerilor. 18% au spus ca nu intentioneaza sa faca angajari la nivel managerial in perioada imediat urmatoare, iar 5% au in plan concedieri. <\/p>\n<p>Reprezentantii Antal International Executive Recruitment spun ca explicatia sta intr-o asezare fireasca a ratei de angajare, dupa ce, la inceputul anului, a atins cote foarte inalte.<\/p>\n<p>Spre deosebire de Romania, in tarile vecine, precum Bulgaria si Ungaria, angajatorii sunt intr-un proces amplu de schimbare a echipelor manageriale, in conditiile in care intr-o medie de 80% au declarat ca, in momentul de fata, nu doar angajeaza manageri noi, dar fac si restructurari la acest nivel.                                           <\/p>\n<p>Tara cu cele mai dramatice schimbari este insa Egiptul, unde toate companiile chestionate au declarat ca schimba, in aceasta perioada, echipa manageriala.
