Compania, specializata in acordarea de credite de consum, a fost infiintata in 2002 de Florin Andronescu, fondatorul Flanco, impreuna cu compania de investitii Oresa Ventures.<\/P>

PROFIT DE APROAPE 80%:<\/STRONG> Afacerea Credisson a crescut puternic in 2003, compania raportand un profit net de 6,2 milioane euro la o cifra de afaceri de 7,9 milioane euro. <\/P>

 <\/P>

INVESTITORUL STRATEGIC:<\/STRONG> In primavara lui 2005, Credisson este achizitionata de Cetelem, divizia de consumer finance a bancii franceze BNP<\/st1:stockticker> Paribas, intr-o tranzactie de 47 mil. de euro. Cetelem este cel mai mare jucator de consumer finance din zona euro. <\/P>

ACTIONARIAT:<\/STRONG> Compania de investitii Oresa Ventures (65%), fondul de investitii DBG Eastern Europe (20%) si fondatorul companiei, Florin Andronescu (15%). Managementul are un pachet confidential care dilueaza pro-rata (proportional) participatiile actionarilor.<\/P>

RETEA<\/st1:City> DE<\/st1:State><\/st1:place> MAGAZINE:<\/STRONG> Flanco are acum 90 de magazine. In prezent, suprafata totala de vanzare din magazinele Flanco este de circa 25.000-28.000 mp.<\/P>
