La nivel tehnic ele sunt acelea\u015fi: con\u015ftientizarea \u015fi acceptarea. La nivel de con\u0163inut \u00eencepe Turnul Babel: c\u00e2te bordeie, at\u00e2tea obiceie, mai exact \u201ebalamucul\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\nExist\u0103 pe pia\u0163\u0103 o infla\u0163ie de metode \u015fi de tehnici de con\u015ftientizare: o multitudine de abord\u0103ri de coaching (care duc u\u015for &#8211; u\u015for, din p\u0103cate, profesia de coach c\u0103tre derizoriu), diverse forme de terapii (care fac din activitatea terapeutic\u0103, \u00eencet &#8211; \u00eencet, din p\u0103cate, o activitate ridiculizat\u0103, aparent la \u00eendem\u00e2na oric\u0103rui absolvent de psihologie), magii, ezoterii \u015fi fumiga\u0163ii (care, cele mai multe, sunt \u015farlatanii evidente). Chiar dac\u0103 este vorba despre om \u00een toat\u0103 subiectivitatea lui \u015fi nu despre vreo \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 obiectiv\u0103, exist\u0103 metodologii extrem de riguroase \u015fi solide din punct de vedere \u015ftiin\u0163ific care pot facilita procesul de con\u015ftientizare. Restul abord\u0103rilor sunt tenta\u0163ii cu oarecare \u015fans\u0103 de reu\u015fit\u0103. Unii oameni, de regul\u0103 cu o inteligen\u0163\u0103 peste medie, cu un pic de strig\u0103t antreprenorial interior \u015fi \u00een urma c\u00e2torva experien\u0163e de via\u0163\u0103 \u201econ\u015ftientizate\u201c, se erijeaz\u0103 \u00een \u00een\u0163elep\u0163i facilitatori ai procesului de \u201econ\u015ftientizare\u201c al altora \u015fi \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 le reproduc\u0103 propriul context, cu \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103\u0163\u00e2nare \u015fi cu determinare. Scap\u0103 din vedere momentul (conceptul) de \u201ereadiness for change\u201c care este o condi\u0163ie unic\u0103 pentru producerea con\u015ftientiz\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>\nCon\u015ftientizarea este un proces foarte personal, intim, care se produce fie asistat sau facilitat \u00eentr-un demers terapeutic sau de coaching de calitate, fie ca o experien\u0163\u0103 aflat\u0103 la \u00eendem\u00e2na oamenilor obi\u015fnui\u0163i, dar consecven\u0163i \u00een autoreflec\u0163ie, de a avea propriul proces interior de analiz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nCa s\u0103 fac o analogie, atunci c\u00e2nd spunem \u201econ\u015ftientizare\u201c este ca \u015fi cum am spune \u201e\u015fcoala primar\u0103\u201c, iar c\u00e2nd spunem \u201eacceptare\u201c este ca \u015fi cum am spune \u201epremiant&#8221;, nu \u201eabsolvent de \u015fcoal\u0103 general\u0103&#8221;. Aproape orice proces de con\u015ftientizare vireaz\u0103 de cele mai multe ori, \u00een mod natural \u015fi nu neap\u0103rat pentru c\u0103 a\u015fa ar fi bine, c\u0103tre negare, nu spre acceptare. Natura uman\u0103 respinge cu bun\u0103 dreptate subiectiv\u0103 ideea c\u0103 face ceva gre\u015fit, c\u0103 nu face lucrurile perfect sau c\u0103 ar avea ceva de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163it. Nu este bine, nu este eficient, dar procesul natural a\u015fa func\u0163ioneaz\u0103. Personal, mi-a luat c\u00e2\u0163iva ani de terapie ca s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleg c\u0103 \u00eentrebarea zilnic\u0103 a mamei, p\u00e2n\u0103 pe la vreo 30 de ani ai mei, dac\u0103 am m\u00e2ncat bine \u015fi dac\u0103 sunt \u00eembr\u0103cat\u0103 bine (a se citi gros, indiferent de vreme) nu era despre incapacitatea mea de a m\u0103 hrani sau despre a decide ce haine este adecvat s\u0103 port, nici nu avea la baz\u0103 vreo inten\u0163ie de s\u00e2c\u00e2ial\u0103, ci era pur \u015fi simplu despre cea mai duioas\u0103 grij\u0103 posibil\u0103 a unei persoane fa\u0163\u0103 de o alta.<\/p>\n<p>\nOdat\u0103 con\u015ftientizat\u0103 percep\u0163ia de s\u00e2c\u00e2ial\u0103, a ap\u0103rut nevoia de schimbare. Mama mea nu \u00ee\u015fi putea modifica nici \u00eentrebarea, nici inten\u0163ia (iar ea nu avea nevoie s\u0103 schimbe absolut nimic pentru c\u0103 \u00eens\u0103\u015fi \u00eentrebarea \u00eei producea mul\u0163umire \u015fi fericire), solu\u0163ia era ca eu s\u0103 accept care \u00eei era inten\u0163ia. Din acest moment \u00eencolo tot mecanismul con\u015ftientizare-acceptare func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 magic: nu am mai primit niciodat\u0103 \u00eentrebarea cu pricina f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fi cerut vreodat\u0103 explicit s\u0103 nu o mai primesc. Ce am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at eu de fapt din acest mecanism a fost ca, minimal, pentru igiena rela\u0163iilor cu interlocutorii mei, s\u0103 \u00eemi clarific \u00een mod explicit, totdeauna, inten\u0163iile (ex. te \u00eentreb \/ \u00ee\u0163i spun asta pentru c\u0103\u2026 m\u0103 intereseaz\u0103, m\u0103 surprinde, am nevoie s\u0103 \u2026).<\/p>\n<p>\nAstfel, cheia este acceptarea mai mult dec\u00e2t con\u015ftientizarea, dar oamenii cred c\u0103, dac\u0103 ra\u0163ionalizeaz\u0103 pe marginea con\u015ftientiz\u0103rii, sunt deja \u00een proces de schimbare. Nicidecum, doar durerea de a accepta c\u0103 este ceva de schimbat \u00een propriile ra\u0163ionamente ne valideaz\u0103 trecerea corect\u0103 prin procesul de con\u015ftientizare. Nu este vorba despre nimic vesel aici sau despre vreo ac\u0163iune la \u00eendem\u00e2na oricui, este vorba despre o durere sufleteasc\u0103 profund\u0103 care repozi\u0163ioneaz\u0103 convingeri.
