BREI (<strong>Bucharest Real Estate Index<\/strong>) a crescut in luna iulie cu sub 1%, subindicele <strong>BREI-Vechi<\/strong> inregistrand variatii mai semnificative, cuprinse intre &ndash;6% si +8%. &quot;Asistam la a treia luna de stagnare efectiva pe segmentul apartamentelor noi. In luna iulie, ca si in lunile iunie si mai,<strong> BREI-Nou<\/strong> inregistreaza o valoare de 1.909 euro pe metru patrat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Aparent, piata apartamentelor noi nu a inregistrat nicio scadere de la inceputul acestui an. Totusi, pentru a revigora vanzarile scazute din timpul verii, dezvoltatorii au lansat oferte promotionale, fie oferind reduceri de pret, fie incluzand locurile de parcare in pretul apartamentului&quot;, noteaza consultantii <strong>Colliers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Preturile locuintelor vechi din sectorul 1 s-au majorat in luna iulie cu 8%, ajungand la nivelul de 2.250 euro\/mp, fata de 2.061 euro\/mp cat inregistra in luna mai. La polul opus se afla sectorul 6, care a suferit o reducere de 6% a pretului mediu\/mp, atingand in aceasta luna 1.525 euro\/mp.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O apreciere semnificativa se observa si in sectorul 2, care ajunge la un nivel mediu de 1.685 euro\/mp, cu 6% mai mult decat luna precedenta.
