Compania negociaz\u0103 \u015fi cu o companie chinez\u0103 din zona IT care ar urma s\u0103 \u00eenchirieze 1.500 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i din cl\u0103dire. Oferim avantajul unor spa\u0163ii mici \u00eentr-o loca\u0163ie bun\u0103 \u015fi chiar dac\u0103 \u015fi al\u0163i dezvolt\u0103tori pot s\u0103 ofere astfel de spa\u0163ii, eficien\u0163a celor de aici este considerabil\u0103\u201d a explicat Reuss avantajele spa\u0163iilor \u00eenchiriabile din Floreasca Tower. &nbsp;\u00cen afar\u0103 de eficien\u0163\u0103, el vorbe\u015fte \u015fi de un pre\u0163 mai sc\u0103zut al chiriei, de 14 euro\/mp, la care se adaug\u0103 taxa serviciilor de aproximativ 3 euro.
