De asemenea, fondul sud-african de investi\u0163ii are \u00een curs de dezvoltare centrul comercial Mega Mall din zona Pantelimon.<\/p>\n<p>\nRaiffeisen evolution a deschis la jum\u0103tatea lunii octombrie a anului trecut centrul comercial Promenada Mall, ultima faz\u0103 a proiectului Floreasca City, investi\u0163ie de 300 de milioane de euro, care cuprinde \u015fi dou\u0103 cl\u0103diri de birouri, inclusiv turnul Sky Tower.
