Dup\u0103 fuziune sediul social al Bucure\u015fti Mall Development and Management va r\u0103m\u00e2ne neschimbat, respectiv \u00een centrul comercial Bucure\u015fti Mall din Vitan&#8221;, se arat\u0103 \u00een proiectul de fuziune.<\/p>\n<p>\nAsocia\u0163ii firmei, dup\u0103 fuziune, sunt \u00een continuare Anchor Retail Investment (96,92%) \u015fi Fiba Capital Investment (3,07%), ambele \u00eenregistrate \u00een Olanda, iar capitalul social va r\u0103m\u00e2ne neschimbat fiind \u00een sum\u0103 total\u0103 de 2,39 milioane de lei.<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;Din punct de vedere economic, prin implementarea fuziunii celor dou\u0103 societ\u0103\u0163i, se inten\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cre\u015fterea eficien\u0163ei activit\u0103\u0163ilor comerciale a celor dou\u0103 centre comerciale de\u0163inute de societ\u0103\u0163ile participante la fuziune, eficientizarea factorului timp \u00een negocierea \u015fi \u00eencheierea de contracte comerciale viz\u00e2nd serviciile conexe necesare func\u0163ion\u0103rii adecvate a celor dou\u0103 centre comerciale (ex. contracte de protec\u0163ie \u015fi paz\u0103, contracte de prest\u0103ri servicii de cur\u0103\u0163enie, contracte de \u00eentre\u0163inere\/mentenan\u0163\u0103 echipamente, contracte de repara\u0163ii locative etc.), astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t va fi posibil\u0103 o mai bun\u0103 coordonare, monitorizare \u015fi adaptare la cerin\u0163ele specifice fiec\u0103rui complex comercial \u00een parte ca \u015fi linie de activitate principal\u0103&#8221;, men\u0163ioneaz\u0103 sursa citat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nPlaza Mall Development and Management de\u0163ine active reevaluate la 603,9 milioane de lei (137 milioane de euro), din care 147,5 milioane de lei (34 milioane de euro) centrul comercial Plaza Rom\u00e2nia, al doilea mall deschis de grupul turc Anchor \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. \u00cen patrimoniul Plaza Management mai sunt incluse o serie de terenuri \u00een Bulevardul Timi\u015foara, unde este amplasat mall-ul Plaza Rom\u00e2nia. Activul net al companiei este \u00eens\u0103 negativ av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 datoriile acesteia totalizeaz\u0103 732 milioane de lei (166,3 milioane de euro).<\/p>\n<p>\nBucure\u015fti Mall Development and Management, care de\u0163ine centrul comercial Bucure\u015fti Mall, controleaz\u0103 active totale de 290,1 milioane de lei (66 milioane de euro) \u015fi are datorii de 60,96 milioane de lei (13,85 milioane de euro).<\/p>\n<p>\nCentrele comerciale sunt \u00een proces de remodernizare, investi\u0163ia anun\u0163at\u0103 fiind de 25 milioane de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\nAnchor mai de\u0163ine o cl\u0103dire de birouri, Anchor Plaza, l\u00e2ng\u0103 Plaza Rom\u00e2nia, complexul de locuin\u0163e Incity Residence \u015fi a anun\u0163at c\u0103 vrea s\u0103 reia lucr\u0103rile pentru finalizarea unei alte cl\u0103diri de birouri, Metropol Center, din Bulevardul Timi\u015foara, cu o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 35.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i, a c\u0103rei construc\u0163ie a fost \u00eenghe\u0163at\u0103 \u00een 2009.<\/p>\n<p>\nGrupul a investit din 1997, de c\u00e2nd a intrat \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, 350 de milioane de euro.
