Ploile abundente din lunile mai-iulie au facut ca, sub presiunea bolilor vi\u0163ei de vie, recoltele s\u0103 se \u00eempu\u0163ineze, \u00eens\u0103 cu toate acestea din august avem condi\u0163ii bune pentru maturarea strugurilor \u015fi estim\u0103m o recolt\u0103 bun\u0103 anul acesta, cu men\u0163inerea unei calit\u0103\u0163i \u00eenalte a produc\u0163iei\u201d, explic\u0103 Mihaela TYREL de POIX, proprietar \u015fi CEO S.E.R.V.E.<\/p>\n<p>\nS.E.R.V.E. exploateaz\u0103 \u00een prezent 54 de hectare de vie \u00een Dealu Mare \u015fi 56 de hectare \u00een podgoria Babadag (Cogealac). Toate planta\u0163iile au v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 3 \u015fi 14 ani \u015fi au fost \u00eenfiin\u0163ate cu plante din produc\u0163ia propriei pepiniere. Soiurile cultivate \u00een Dealu Mare sunt: Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Riesling de Rhin, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Feteasc\u0103 Neagr\u0103 \u015fi Cabernet Sauvignon, iar soiurile cultivate la Cogealac sunt: Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Feteasc\u0103 Neagr\u0103 \u015fi Cabernet Sauvignon.<\/p>\n<p>\nAst\u0103zi, investi\u0163ia S.E.R.V.E. \u00een Rom\u00e2nia dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte 2,5 milioane de euro pentru o cram\u0103 cu o capacitate de 15.000 hl dotat\u0103 cu o linie de \u00eembuteliere de 2.000 sticle\/or\u0103 \u015fi o suprafa\u0163\u0103 total\u0103 de 110 ha de vie, plantat\u0103 \u00een \u00eentregime de c\u0103tre&nbsp; S.E.R.V.E., \u00eencepand cu anul 1999.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201c\u00cen 1995, \u00een urma unei investi\u0163ii personale de 500.000 de euro, a fost vinificat\u0103 prima noastr\u0103 recolt\u0103 la Ceptura, jude\u0163ul Prahova (cram\u0103 amplasat\u0103 \u00een regiunea Dealu Mare). De atunci, fiecare campanie a adus \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163iri ale procedeelor de vinifica\u0163ie, stocare \u015fi \u00eembuteliere, grija permanent\u0103 pentru cre\u015fterea calit\u0103\u0163ii fiind caracteristica principal\u0103 a companiei S.E.R.V.E.\u201d, spune Mihaela Tyrel de Poix, proprietar si CEO S.E.R.V.E.<\/p>\n<p>\nCalitatea vinurilor SERVE este asigurat\u0103 an de an printr-o procedur\u0103 de la care nu exist\u0103 abateri: controlul produc\u0163iei \u015fi al randamentelor la hectar (t\u0103ierea viei \u015fi recoltarea \u201c\u00een verde\u201d care presupune eliminarea strugurilor \u00een exces cu cel pu\u0163in o lun\u0103 \u00eenainte de recoltare), selec\u0163ia riguroas\u0103 a parcelelor \u00een func\u0163ie de v\u00e2rsta planta\u0163iilor, culesul manual, dubla triere a strugurilor (\u00een vie \u015fi \u00een cram\u0103, pe masa de triere) \u015fi o vinifica\u0163ie realizat\u0103 anual de Aurel Rotarescu, oenologul companiei \u00eenc\u0103 din 1994.<\/p>\n<p>\nPe pia\u0163a autohton\u0103 vinurile din portofoliul S.E.R.V.E. sunt comercializate \u00een re\u0163ele HoReCa (Hoteluri, Restauirante \u015fi Catering), \u00een marile lan\u0163uri de super \u015fi hypermarket-uri, dar \u015fi online pe www.clubulcavalerilor.ro. Calitatea vinurilor S.E.R.V.E. este recompensat\u0103 prin notorietatea de care se bucur\u0103, at\u00e2t pe pia\u0163a autohton\u0103 c\u00e2t \u015fi pe pie\u0163ele externe (Canada, SUA, Belgia, Germania, Luxemburg, Elve\u0163ia, Fran\u0163a).<\/p>\n<p>\nIstoria SERVE a \u00eenceput \u00een Rom\u00e2nia anului 1993, c\u00e2nd, la mai pu\u0163in de 4 ani de la revolu\u0163ie, Contele Guy de Poix (produc\u0103tor francez de vinuri \u015fi proprietarul a 50 ha de vie \u00een Corsica \u2013 Domeniul Peraldi) a ales Rom\u00e2nia, intuind poten\u0163ialul calitativ al regiunilor&nbsp; viticole&nbsp; rom\u00e2ne\u015fti \u015fi fiind sus\u0163inut de echipa format\u0103 din Mihaela de Poix \u015fi Aurel Rotarescu. Astfel, \u00een anul 1994, Guy \u015fi Mihaela de Poix au pus bazele primei societ\u0103\u0163i viticole private din Rom\u00e2nia de dupa 1989: Societatea Euro Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Vinuri de Excep\u0163ie (S.E.R.V.E.).
