Motivul principal este c\u0103 cele mai multe dintre acestea au fundamente corecte din punct de vedere imobiliar \u2013 acces u\u015for cu ma\u015fina \u015fi transportul \u00een comun, vizibilitate, forma bun\u0103 a terenului (rectangular, de obicei), capacit\u0103\u0163i mari pentru re\u0163elele de utilit\u0103\u0163i, etc\u201d, declar\u0103 Attila Peli, head of development and land department, JLL.
