Am p\u0103truns datorit\u0103 experien\u0163ei offshore pe vasul de croazier\u0103, a englezei \u015fi a spaniolei bune, a tinere\u0163ii, a facult\u0103\u0163ii de inginer mecanic \u015fi a curajului\u201c. Primul contract cu lumea offshore a fost \u00een Singapore, pentru italienii de la Eni\/Saipem.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>\nCe l-a determinat s\u0103 plece din \u0163ar\u0103? \u201eSfatul domnului Horne, neg\u0103sirea locului meu \u00een Cernavod\u0103-Constan\u0163a dup\u0103 cele aproximativ 4 luni \u00een SUA, lipsa banilor, lipsa unui job decent dup\u0103 3 ani \u00een central\u0103, dar mai ales lipsa a ceva m\u0103re\u0163 \u00een care s\u0103 fiu implicat. Atunci \u00een \u0163ar\u0103 nu era nimic, cel pu\u0163in \u00een zona Dobrogea.\u201c Dup\u0103 \u00eencheierea studiilor a lucrat \u00een drilling \u00een Spania (1 an), Olanda (5 luni), Singapore (1 an), Indonezia-Vietnam-Tailanda (1,5 ani),&nbsp; Mexic, UK, Turcia (5 luni), Rom\u00e2nia (3 ani) \u015fi mai recent Danemarca (unde se afl\u0103 de 4 luni).<\/p>\n<p>\nRevenirea \u00een \u0163ar\u0103 a fost parte din planul ini\u0163ial (experien\u0163\u0103 interna\u0163ional\u0103 urmat\u0103 de cre\u015fterea al\u0103turi de o companie local\u0103). \u201eUn paradox mai mare ca \u00een Rom\u00e2nia nu am \u00eent\u00e2lnit, am crescut \u00een 2 ani p\u00e2n\u0103 la nivel de manager, iar \u00eentr-un final, c\u00e2nd am atins (cu acceptul top managementului) partea sensibil\u0103 a businessului, am fost \u00eenl\u0103turat. Am pl\u00e2ns la propriu ca un copil\u201c, poveste\u015fte Ioni\u0163\u0103. Experien\u0163a \u00een compania rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 a \u00eenceput cu o mic\u0103 echip\u0103 \u015fi un buget de 150.000 euro, bani necesari pentru a aduce sistemul de mentenan\u0163\u0103 la standarde mondiale, a\u015fa cum era la Saipem (proces prin care compania mai trecuse o dat\u0103 anterior): \u201e\u00cen urm\u0103torii doi ani am intrat practic \u00een conflict cu to\u0163i directorii p\u0103ta\u0163i deoarece le-am repro\u015fat cum este posibil ca nimeni s\u0103 nu fi v\u0103zut acest lucru \u00een 3 ani\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\nDup\u0103 \u015fase luni de la angajare CEO-ul i-a \u00eencredin\u0163at un alt task, de persoan\u0103 de leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu societ\u0103\u0163ile de clasificare din SUA \u015fi Germania pe companie: \u201eJob care m\u0103 solicita fizic mai mult dec\u00e2t cel pe care eram angajat. Drumurile la Amsterdam, Londra \u015fi Istanbul erau la ordinea zilei. Iar atunci am realizat c\u0103 grupurile de interese, bani, familie, ho\u0163i \u015fi tot ce este mai r\u0103u merg \u00eempotriva mea. De ce? Eram corect, unii spun al dracului, nu angajasem nicio pil\u0103\/recomandare, ba nici la interviu nu \u00eei invitam, nimeni nu scotea un sunet vizavi de decizii \u015ftiind cine mi-a dat sarcina \u015fi nici nu puteam fi influen\u0163at din drumul meu\u201c. Ulterior, a fost propus s\u0103 conduc\u0103 reimplementarea SAP \u00een toat\u0103 compania la nivel global, propunerea fiind acceptat\u0103 la nivel teoretic \u015fi verbal de pre\u015fedinte, CEO, COO \u015fi to\u0163i directorii de departament, ea fiind ridicat\u0103 de noul CFO din Norvegia: \u201eApoi marele r\u0103zboi a \u00eenceput \u015fi ulterior am renun\u0163at.<\/p>\n<p>\nNu am \u00een\u0163eles \u00eens\u0103 de ce s-au investit \u00een mine un EMBA, cursuri de specializare de peste 25.000 de euro, plus o \u00eentreag\u0103 logistic\u0103 din moment ce trebuia s\u0103 fiu un simplu executant. De ce pre\u015fedintele nu mi-a spus niciodat\u0103 \u00een fa\u0163\u0103 c\u0103 am gre\u015fit, c\u0103 nu fac bine, c\u0103 nu sunt OK? De ce mi s-a oferit \u015fansa s\u0103 fiu manager, s\u0103 dezvolt un nou departament, s\u0103 aduc schimbare c\u00e2nd de fapt nimeni nu dore\u015fte schimbarea?\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5850\/13035733\/2\/caseta.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5850\/13035733\/2\/caseta.jpg?height=465&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 465px;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nFlorian Ioni\u0163\u0103 spune c\u0103 s-ar \u00eentoarce oric\u00e2nd s\u0103 lucreze \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, dac\u0103 va g\u0103si o companie \u201ecu situa\u0163ia financiar\u0103 pe site, cu oameni care iubesc compania, care merg la serviciu pentru a practica un set de skills, care m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 la cantin\u0103, care au cod de \u0163inut\u0103, care au asigurare de s\u0103n\u0103tate privat\u0103 full, care respect\u0103 programul de munc\u0103 \u015fi concediile \u015fi, desigur, care s\u0103 nu fie suspecta\u0163i de nicio pat\u0103 de corup\u0163ie, de bani negri sau de ac\u0163iuni care s\u0103 \u00eemping\u0103 angajatul la limita legii\u201c. Peste cinci ani se vede tot \u00een mediul logistic, lucr\u00e2nd \u00een mentenan\u0163\u0103, managementul ei, CMMS, consultan\u0163\u0103. Tot peste cinci ani vede Rom\u00e2nia aproape neschimbat\u0103, din cauza \u201emodului de dezvoltare a mediului de afaceri \u015fi a rela\u0163iei lui cu clasa politic\u0103\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\nA plecat a\u015fadar \u00een Danemarca, unde \u00ee\u015fi continu\u0103 cariera \u00een drilling, pe mentenan\u0163\u0103 \u015fi partea de logistic\u0103, administr\u00e2nd un alt CMMS numit de SAP. \u201eJobul este foarte pl\u0103cut, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163 zilnic, lucrez decent. Danemarca este o \u0163ar\u0103 pl\u0103cut\u0103, este safe \u015fi lini\u015fte. Mor de ciud\u0103 c\u0103 nu pot munci pentru Rom\u00e2nia, s\u0103 fac ceva, s\u0103 simt 0,1 % schimbare!
